Fernbank House is an impressive Victorian House situated in the popular Highland Perthshire Village of Aberfeldy. Once owned by the Earl of Breadalbane it was built in the late 19th century.

Annette and Rory Macdonald and family offer a warm welcome to their home that offers a high standard of service and comfort. Bed and Breakfast is available in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.

The 4 guest bedrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated to a high standard, a wealth of original Victorian features, all have ensuite facilities, T.V., and Welcome Tray.

Fernbank is situated in its own grounds, it offers an attractive walled garden to the rear of the property, ideal for relaxing on a summers evening after a long day. Private off road parking is available for all guests.

Fernbank is ideally situated for the beautiful river Tay, the Black Watch Monument, Putting Green, General Wades Bridge, the Aberfeldy Golf Course an 18 hole course straddling the river Tay, and the town centre.

Aberfeldy is perfectly situated for a variety of activities, Pony Trekking, Kayaking, Walking, Cycling and White Water Rafting and is in easy reach of Perth with its new Concert Hall, Theatre, Ice Rink and Galleries. Just a short drive away is Pitlochry boasting its renowned Festival Theatre, Dam & Fish Ladder and our very own famous Award Winning Macdonald Bros. Butchers and Delicatessen ideal for taking traditional Scottish produce home with you.

Blair castle is a must when in the area, steeped in history and home to the Atholl Highlanders Regiment, the only private army in Europe.

Whilst at Fernbank why not treat yourself to a session of Reflexology or Indian Head Massage with Annette in the new Fernbank treatment facilities. Reflexology dates back to ancient Egypt, India & China.  Both therapies are used to relax, de-stress and restore & maintain your body’s natural equilibrium, by enouraging the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance and is suitable for all ages.
