Rates for Fernbank Guest House Bed & Breakfast are as follow:

Winter Tariff: 1st November - 31st March 20011:

Children up to three years £5.00

Children  3 - 10  years £15.00  (when sharing with 2 adults)

Children 11 - 14 years £20.00  (when sharing with 2 adults)

Single Occupancy supplement

Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrrival.

On day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.

All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. We accept all major credit cards, cheques with bankers card and cash.

Cancellation

• We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. 
• The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting) 
• A no-show will be charged in full.
• We highly recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellation.
