Winter Tariff: 1st November - 27th March 20013:

All prices are based on two adults sharing, full scottish breakfast and 20% VAT also included.

Children up to two years free unless travel cot supplied which is charged at £5.00 per night

Children  3 - 10  years £15.00  (when sharing with 2 adults)

Children 11 - 14 years £25.00  (when sharing with 2 adults)

Children 15+ are charged at the full adult rate

Single Occupancy supplement, please confirm with management prior to booking.

Check in is after 4.30 pm on the day of arrrival.

On day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.

Terms and Cancellation

All prices are subject to change at Fernbank's discrecretion and are subject to availability. All accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. We accept all major debit and credit cards, except America Express, cheques and cash.

• We will always do our utmost to re-let the rooms. 
• The full charge will be due if cancellation is within one week of arrival, (less any revenue from re-letting) 
• A no-show will be charged in full.
• We highly recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellation.
