PADDLEBOARDING AND YOGA WEEKEND
7-9TH JUNE
Paddleboarding and Yoga Retreat includes:
~2 nights’ accommodation with hearty breakfasts
~3 SUP sessions including all equipment and instruction.
~3 yoga classes
~guided walks in the local area
~Friday and Saturday supper (one evening cooking over the flames of a campfire)

Spending time in the great outdoors is a true treasure to experience with wonderful benefits for body, mind, and soul. Paddleboarding is the fastest-growing water sport in Scotland for many reasons! We will be traveling on the loch or suitable section of the river, ensuring the adventure is available to all.
A guided adventure with qualified instructor, Chris Wain, offering experiences that ease your development of the activity.
Yoga will be tailored to the group drawing on a combination of yoga styles Paddleboarding sessions and yoga practice are suitable for all abilities and experiences. All that is required is a smile!

Tina was the perfect host - from helping us organise our complex travel arrangements, to making delicious homemade meals, and the general warmth she exudes - the weekend was truly wonderful.
The yoga was great for all abilities (without the competitiveness I’ve experienced elsewhere), and Tina helped me work around some injuries, ensuring I still got the best out of my experience.
The paddleboarding with Chris was also unforgettable. I think everyone left a true convert to SUP! Again, in a mixed-ability group, each person felt catered for and looked after, and we all got the most out of the experience
