SEW AND FLOW

Sewing and Yoga Retreat includes:

~2 nights’ accommodation with hearty breakfasts

~Saturday full-day* sewing course making a cosmetics purse with your initials on an embroidery machine with your choice of fabrics and thread.

~4 yoga classes (different styles to suit all abilities)

~Guided walks in the local area

~Friday and Saturday supper and Saturday light, healthy delicious lunch

Tracy’s local sewing classes are extremely popular, and everyone raves about her teaching. Patience and understanding are a common thread (if you pardon the pun!)

Her qualifications include BSc Clothing Technology Degree and a PG Cert in Education (Home Economics). If you love making things, this is for you!

*please note this is open to non-residents as a one day course at a cost of £85 inclusive of lunch. No previous sewing skills required. All materials and equipment will be provided.
